一口吃下去真的有被驚艷到,就是炒飯的味道呀!!喜歡吃辣加些辣椒粉也很不錯呀!!

食材:燕麥片300g、雞蛋2、時蔬粒、上海青、素香腸

🧂做法:1⃣️時蔬粒焯水2分鐘撈出

2⃣️燕麥片加2顆雞蛋攪勻,油熱下鍋炒至粒狀備用

3⃣️素香腸、時蔬粒、上海青炒熟,倒燕麥粒炒勻

4⃣️加生抽、素蚝油各1勺,椒鹽粉、黑胡椒粉各半勺,炒勻撒香菜即可!!
