✅做法步驟:

1、250g芋頭上鍋蒸熟後加3g紫薯粉,太乾的話適量加牛奶攪打成芋泥備用

2、糯米粉80g加上20g玉米澱粉140g牛奶15g白糖拌勻過篩一次更加細膩,上鍋蒸20分鐘,蒸熟後放10g黃油反覆拉扯上勁

3、2個雞蛋加上55g牛奶100g鬆餅粉拌勻,鍋內無需刷油倒入麵糊,小火煎鬆餅

4、煎好的鬆餅鋪上一層芋泥一層麻薯再蓋上鬆餅
