👉準備食材:低粉200g、糖粉40g、雞蛋一個、玉米油85g、泡打粉3g、小蘇打1g、椒鹽3g、熟黑芝麻30g、刷面蛋黃一個
■操作:
1⃣碗中加入玉米油➕雞蛋➕糖粉,充分攪拌均勻
2⃣碗中倒入低粉➕泡打粉➕小蘇打➕椒鹽➕熟黑芝麻翻拌成團
3⃣將麵糰分成20克一個,揉圓按扁,擺入 烤盤中.表面刷上蛋黃液
4⃣將烤盤放入預熱好的烤箱中層,上下火175°烘烤20分鐘上色即可!
烤好的芝麻椒鹽酥,香酥掉渣,太香了!

👉Prepare ingredients: 200g low flour, 40g powdered sugar, one egg, 85g corn oil, 3g baking powder, 1g baking soda, 3g salt and pepper, 30g cooked black sesame, one egg yolk for brushing
■Operation:
1⃣Add corn oil + egg + powdered sugar to a bowl and mix well
2⃣Pour low flour + baking powder + baking soda + salt and pepper + cooked black sesame into a bowl and stir to form a ball
3⃣Divide the dough into 20g pieces, roll into a round shape, flatten, and place in a baking tray. Brush the surface with egg yolk liquid
4⃣Put the baking tray in the middle layer of the preheated oven, bake at 175° for 20 minutes until colored!
