外酥里軟的老式雞蛋糕‼️小時候的味道巨好|||跟大家分享一款小時候超喜歡的老式雞蛋糕,外皮脆脆的,香甜鬆軟,一口下去都是童年的味道,做法簡單零失敗,一次就能成功,一起試試吧!

👉食材:雞蛋3個、砂糖40克、牛奶35克、低粉100克、玉米油25克

◼️做法:

1⃣、碗中倒入牛奶玉米油充分攪拌均勻至乳化

2⃣、碗中雞蛋、砂糖用打蛋器高速打發至體積蓬鬆發白,提起畫"8"字不消失

3⃣、篩入低粉、翻拌均勻至無乾粉(不要轉圈容易消泡),加入牛奶玉米油混合物快速翻拌均勻

4⃣、將蛋糕糊裝入裱花袋擠入模具中.放入預熱好的烤箱中層,上下火170度烘烤20分鐘(同款海氏烤箱溫度可參考如上溫度)

出爐的蛋糕,外脆內軟,太好吃了,每一口都是童年的回憶!
