零失敗‼️有米就能做的大米發糕,鬆軟香甜|||這個大米發糕只需攪一攪,蒸一蒸就能成功,鬆鬆軟軟的,米香濃郁,有嚼勁,老人小孩都愛吃!

👉食材:

大米200克,清水140克,麵粉40克,耐高糖酵母3克,白糖30克(喜歡甜點的可以多放點白糖40-50克)

◼️做法:

1⃣大米提前泡發4小時左右,泡發好的大米瀝干水分,倒入破壁機,加入清水,選擇果蔬汁功能,打成米漿(可以多打幾遍,比較細膩)

2⃣米漿倒入碗中,加入白糖➕麵粉➕酵母,攪拌均勻

3⃣蓋上保鮮膜,放入發酵箱,溫度32℃,發酵60分鐘,發酵至表面有許多小泡泡

4⃣模具刷油備用,將發酵好的麵糊攪拌均勻,倒入紙杯中,8分滿,擺入蒸鍋,冷水上鍋蒸25分鐘,燜3分鐘就可以啦!

鬆軟香甜的大米發糕就做好啦,孩子們都特別愛吃!

4⃣Brush the mold with oil for later use, stir the fermented batter evenly, pour it into a paper cup, fill it 80%, put it in the steamer, steam it in cold water for 25 minutes, and simmer for 3 minutes!
