💜麻薯食材:糯米粉110克|玉米澱粉30克|砂糖50克|牛奶180克|黃油15克

💜芋泥食材:芋頭300克|紫薯40克|砂糖15克|煉乳30克|淡奶油90克

🌷芋泥做法:

1⃣️蒸熟的芋頭➕紫薯➕淡奶油➕砂糖➕煉乳,混合攪拌均勻按壓成泥,裝入裱花袋備用。

🌷麻薯做法:

1⃣️糯米粉➕玉米澱粉➕砂糖➕牛奶混合均勻,蓋保鮮膜扎小孔上鍋蒸25分鐘。

2⃣️ 蒸好後加入黃油揉至充分吸收,分成等份小團。

3⃣️揉面墊上撒上黃豆粉,將小團擀成薄片放入模具中,擠入芋泥,放入堅果能量球包起來捏緊收口。

4⃣️表面裹一層熟的黃豆粉即可。

🌷Taro paste method:

1⃣️Steamed taro ➕ purple sweet potato ➕ whipped cream ➕ sugar ➕ condensed milk, mix and stir evenly, press into paste, put into piping bag for later use.

🌷 Mochi method:

1⃣️Mix glutinous rice flour, corn starch, sugar and milk evenly, cover with plastic wrap, poke a small hole and steam for 25 minutes.
