最近刷到很多說牛油果難吃的!什麼!真的很好吃呀!就算啥也不放也好吃呀!啊~分享一個牛油果最樸實的吃法~你們都怎麼吃牛油果呀!
食材 INGREDIENTS
(1-2人份)
牛油果1個
黃瓜 1/2根
芝麻菜少許(可省)
火麻仁少許(可省)
白芝麻 少許(可省)
海苔碎 少許(可省)
|沙拉汁|
醬油4茶匙(日式醬油/生抽)
芝麻油 1茶匙
龍舌蘭蜜1茶匙(可用楓糖漿/蜂蜜代替)
檸檬汁1茶匙

因為牛油果很容易氧化,所以做這道菜的時候可以先調沙拉汁:將「沙拉汁"所有食材混合均勻。
將黃瓜、牛油果切塊。裝盤,倒入「沙拉汁」,撒入白芝麻、火麻仁、芝麻菜、海苔碎,翻拌均勻即可。
