1⃣準備好所有的食材,把杏鮑菇洗凈後切成粗細相同的條備用。
2⃣準備一個大碗,加入雞蛋,鹽,麵粉,澱粉,少許水攪拌成無顆粒的麵糊,
3⃣起鍋燒油,油溫六成熱,把杏鮑菇條蘸上面糊,依次放入鍋中,炸至表面定型撈出。
4⃣油溫再次加熱,放入炸好的杏鮑菇條復炸三十秒撈出,撒椒鹽,辣椒粉,黑胡椒粉就可以吃啦~
