糯米粉120克,溫水95克,紅糖35克,熱水70克(融化紅糖用)

熟白芝麻適量

🌀做法:

1️⃣紅糖+熱水攪至融化,備用

2️⃣糯米粉+溫水,用筷子攪成絮狀,揉成團

3️⃣鍋里刷油,糯米糰分成12克一個,揉圓壓扁,放入鍋中

4️⃣煎至2面金黃,倒入紅糖水,煮至濃稠,撒熟白芝麻即可
