食材:230ml牛奶,150g糯米粉,45g玉米澱粉,8g抹茶粉,30g白糖,蜜紅豆
做法也簡單:
1:牛奶➕糯米粉➕澱粉➕抹茶粉➕白砂糖一起攪拌均勻
2:倒入碗中,蓋上一層保鮮膜,保鮮膜用牙籤扎幾個小孔
3:蒸30分鐘出鍋,再加入一小塊黃油,柔拌均勻,再撒上蜜紅豆,柔拌成小長條,然後切成小塊,撒一點熟的糯米粉就可以了
